I dont know if this helps but I must tell you that I bought the Keith Urban Night Star solid body electric and it came straight from the factory with a nice low action and its a great guitar. For 199 you can't go wrong. I also bought a Yamaha FGX 800 C for about 250 as an acoustic electric. That's actually all I need and when I finally get really good on both these guitars I will buy my dream Fender American Telecaster and a Gibson Hummingbird Acoustic as an upgrade!!
