Tips for stopping the pick from slipping from your fingers while strumming?

Just looking for some help on how to stop the pick from pretty much coming out from my fingers when i strum, im finding it difficult to keep the pick in the same position between my fingers while strumming after a while, its hard to keep the strumming up when the pick keeps slipping out and moving left and right, any tips on how i can fix this??
