Heh Tapping Freaks :-)

For all of those people who want to hear a different type of tapping tecnique should check out Roy Ashen and Tony Macalpine. They tap out chords and stuff (Sorta like Satriani's Day at the beach). When I attended G.I.T. or Musicians Institute in Hollywood California I saw Roy Ashen play entire Hendrix songs with nothing but Tapping using 8 fingers and at times even his thumbs. It was both an awsome and HUMBLING experiance at the same time.

The Christmas of that same year My dad, a few friends I made at the school, and I saw Roy Ashen play with his band at the Troubador. My dad who is a very harsh critique of other guitarist said that that was the best show he's ever been to and that he (Roy Ashen) was the best guitarist he'd ever seen live.
