Moderately Advanced Folk Picking Techniques

Hi everyone - I'm looking to advance my right hand finger picking techniques. I discovered that I have more fingers than a thumb, index and middle finger. Are there good techniques, warm-ups, etc. etc. that you could please link/steer me to?

Lisa & Caren have lots of great fingerstyle material. Especially the Travis picking stuff!
