Hello from Europe

Hello there, I am a 48yo female from Holland and I never ever played or even touched a guitar. Not for lack of wanting to but it was either too expensive or I just didn't find the time.
Now I decided to give it a try and I bought myself an Epiphone ES339 Pro with a cute little Fender room amp and a TC Electronic Polytune tuner.
All setup I registered here for the course and started with the beginner lessons, fundamentals.
I like Kenny Burrel, Herb Ellis, Wes Montgomery, Mark Knopfler, Barney Kessel, Grant Green, to name a few.
My goal is to be able to play nice melodies and stuff within the next two years :)
