The problem is, nothing is for certain over the internet, terminologies get confused as they travel along. I remember a discussion a while ago about ghost notes, and no one could agree on what they really were. Thats why certain things have certain names. Thats why, when I talk harmonics, I use terms like pinch, tap, feedback, etc, not just natural and artificial, because I want people to not get confused.
