Same problem here. Must be an internal problem that someone should look into. Hopefully a moderator monitors these threads.

Hey everyone,
We're really sorry for that. It looks like there was a bug that's now fixed, and everything should be working fine now. Just refresh your browsers. let us know if you have any more issues.
Thanks,
Ben

Ben -
I've always had the perception that submitting a request at the GT Help Desk is a quicker way than posts on the Forum to bring attention to problems. Will you comment on that?
Is either way better than the other? Does GT have a preference for bringing the attention of the techs to problems that effect the operation of the site?

Hi John,
The help desk is monitored much more frequently. So it is faster to use the help desk than to post on the forum. We prefer people use the help desk, but putting messages here works as well.
We are just glad you tell us, so we can fix things.

HelpDesk is definitely the quicker option.

New to GT this morning. Seeing same issue. Submitted helpdesk request first then thought I'd do a search on forum.
I am using
Apple MAC El Capitan
Firefox 41.0.2
Same on Safari.
Odd thing is it seem to be intermittent. I have just been through first stage of intro lessons. When I want to access 2nd stage I get the error. I watched the I Can't Quit You Babe intro, went to access is again and hit the error.
big not fixed?
thanks

Still happening. Every video I click on I get that message. When I refresh, it goes away and everything works fine. It then happens again when I click on another video....annoying.
