Appreciate it, thanks for getting back and for the input. Looks like there's no easy way of accomplishing this, I'm always impressed with those that can remember off the top of the their heads the song key, chord and strumming patterns, any key changes in the song, amazing. But I do see some musicians referring to sheet music during performances.
I have to admit the lessons learned in GT are more complex than say the I, IV, V progressions we do at the weekly Raleigh Guitar Meetup Group sessions. The lessons here are very challenging,; I feel a sense of accomplishment when successfully learning the song, though not the crystal clear clarity and perfection you do them.
