Welcome....I am left handed and have no issues going through Course 1 so far. I tried to learn right handed with private lessons and just hit a wall very early on. It was so frustrating that I gave up for almost 20 years.

It wasn't until I found a left hand guitar kit online for under $140 and figured at that price it was worth a shot to try again. Even with my el cheapo and Lisa's wonderful teaching, I'm light years ahead of where I was playing right handed and I just started.

If I'm allowed to say so you may want to check out ESP Guitars and their LTD line, they have some nice guitars for us backwards people. I just picked up the LTD TL-6 Electric Acoustic.
