Streaming lesson in constantly stopping and starting

I have tried this on 4 different computers of various ages, Two laptops and two desktops swell as an iPad. I checed the download speed and it's going at 32meg. It's ben happening since yesterday. Really frustrating. Any ideas? Thank you in advance :)

To help get your video difficulties resolved we need you to run something called a traceroute, which will tell us how you are being routed to our video servers and identify the problem. It just takes a minute! Here's what we need you do do:

If you are on a PC:
-Open your command prompt, called "cmd.exe". Here's how to find it:
-Click "start" or the windows icon
-In the search box, type CMD
-With the program opens, type: ping ec-video2.guitartricks.com
-Then, type: tracert ec-video2.guitartricks.com
-Copy everything that the program outputs, and email it to us, along with the browser that you are using
-If you are experiencing this on a particular video or videos, please send the URLs of the video

If you are on a MAC:
-In your Utilities folder, open something called Network Utility
-Click the Ping tab, and enter this url: ec-video2.guitartricks.com
-Put the output of the above in an email to us
-Click the Traceroute tab, and enter this url: ec-video2.guitartricks.com
-Add the output of this to your email and send it to us
-If you are experiencing this on a particular video or videos, please send the URLs of the video

This information will help us better understand where the issue is, and get things fixed and back to normal for you.

Right now it takes very long to drill down into lessons and the video doesn't start at all.
Speedtest reveals 80 MBit/s down and 6 MBit/s up.

Edit: Tested with chrome and firefox on win7 pro. I've tested with video resolution set to mobile, too. No difference. Site is getting loaded after a while but no video starts.

Edit2: It seems to work now. Sites are loading fast and videos starting, too, even in high resolution.
