Hello

I am using window 8.1 and latest version of Flash player and Mozila Firefox but video is not running on my PC. It shows black box and nothing happen after that. please provide me solution of this.

had the same issues with firefox on windows 7 tried the site with chrome and explore and it worked fine.

Are you able to run other video sites? YouTube, Vimeo, etc?
