Cant play video in High resolution

The video always set to 'Low resolution'. i tried to click into High or medium resolution so many times but the actual playing video is very blur, even in full screen mode.

It's possible that the video is buffering because of a slow internet connection. That would make it blurry and ultimately degrade the quality.
Do you know how fast your connection is? Do you have other people in your home using it, perhaps streaming other videos like Netflix or something similar?

Hey Everyone,
We found a bug that was affecting the video resolution buttons, and that's all fixed now. Thanks for letting us know about this!
