i brought a 3 pack of daddario 9's (nickel wound - super light gauge) and i have received 1 free set of Balanced Tension's??
im not complaining about the free set of strings but i dont know what they do or are for??

I think D'Addario's Balanced Tension strings distribute the tension weight (in lbs.) of each string more evenly.
Note the blue line.
Seems like a pretty cool product to me. Although I've never used them.
