Hey harlandcox, good thing you were able to get out of that sticky situation! What was running through your mind when the amp stopped working?

Wow! What a bummer.
I remember going to Texas to play a wedding for some very dear friends of my band (we live in Colorado). When we arrived in Texas we realized that my other guitarists head was completely shot. It had bumped around too much in the trailer and some internal components were damaged.
Luckily! We had stopped by a guitar shop earlier and quickly befriended someone who actually was attending the wedding later. Out of generosity he let us use it for the night. I was blown away. You never know who has the capability to save your ass later.

Dang what an experience. I don't have as much experience gigging with guitar yet, but I can relate to these issues for when I gigged on sax. Man. That would suck when a reed would break or a pad on one of the buttons got sticky. LOL Good times
Dang. Networking at its finest. LOL
