With so much info with GT how do I remember all the lessons any tips to keep

Favorites probably would be the best way to handle that.
What I like to do (whether it's guitar lessons or otherwise) is just keep Evernote open and jot things down as I go.
I'd also advise to not get bogged down with too much information. Just take it a few vids at a time.

I keep a written log of everything I practice. Actually, it serves first as a 'lesson plan'; listing what to practice each day.

Nope, not a GT thing.
Evernote is a free program that kind of serves as a massive note-taking app. I use it all the time and it's by far the best way to keep track of that sort of thing.

It's ideal for jotting down anything, and will certainly work for keeping track of what you're learning. Hope this helps!
