Welcome Gary! Tis is my second week with guitar tracks, I practice every day after work trying to remember all previous things which I have in a notebook, my fingers a have become more coordinated, it just takes time, but I am amazed as I have no real previous guitar experience and am actually able to keep up with some melodies play along and know some chords, this site has been real amazing for me, good luck and welcome!

Hey Gary.. Like michellejohnston1963 says, is going to take some time..
Try fingering a chord.. Hold string down for a bit "maybe a ten count".. Look at where your finger are then do it in your mind.. lift finger off and then repeat.. Then try a second chord.. I like to do this with E major and A minor..
I hope this works for you..
