My Guitar not working fully after i plugged it into my amp

Hello their guys i been learning the song Breaking the law by Judas Preiest and

today i plugged my guitar into my amp and tried to rock out. :) The thing is

now i am back on the game rocksmith for the Playstation 3 and the guitar does not sound loud

like it used to on the game it seems like the volume is down when its not and

now when i go to hit the E string on the first fret the game dose not detect me

hitting the note
