Hey Russ... Join the club. I can relate to having difficulty finding people who want to jam. "Open Jam" is a good suggestion but I (for one) have worn that road out pretty well with few positive results. It's an advantage that you have a good place to play. Keep your eyes/ears open and have your chops polished so when you DO get an opportunity you're ready. Good Luck !
