What is netstream

My video lesson will not play. I get a message:
200, stream not found
netstream.play. net stream not found, clip
and there is more to the message. It will not copy and paste,
fades from the screen before I can write it all down. Message will only come back if I go to another section and then back to a video and hit play again. I never get to where I can try old or new version. Everything else works ok.
Flash player as been removed and reinstalled.

Thankfully it works on my laptop where I do my study and practice..

Sounds like a problem for the folks at the Help desk.

A Bing search shows it to be a widely experienced problem and not a new one at that. May be Flash related, certainly relates to the ability to play videos. If you got a clean/thorough uninstall of Flash and then reinstalled and things still don't work click on "Help." ;)

Does it happen with all browsers?

The error line reads as or real close to this..

Thanks Ben.. I'd already tried all the direction in the e-mail. I may try downloading Foxfire if this old computer can handle it..
