Just wondering how and when this was going to be rectified.
Haven't received my Huntington guitar
My Guitar was sent via UPS and was suppposed to be here on Wed. 12/10 but after I contacted UPS about the shippment I found out that UPS had damaged the guitar and said they would notify the shipper and I haven't heard anything from the shipper, UPS or Guitar Tricks. I have a subscription for a year to learn to play the guitar and I'm not able to use it. What should I do ? cancel my membership and request a refund or will GT add time to my subscription? I was excited about getting the guitar and learning. I've watched several of the core learning system but without a guitar it seems useless.

GT did request that another guitar be shipped next week and GT did extended my membership. Thank you for such a quick rsponse and Great customer service.

Hope you got your guitar by now. I got mine in just under a week. Was pretty excited. It tuned up fine and I was ready to go. The only thing I have an issue with is there are no watchable videos on this site. Every single video says video not found or access denied. I double checked my account and it says full access. Hope you are having better luck than I am.

Thanks! All the videos are working today. Very exciting stuff. Can't wait to see the progress as I go through the lessons.
