Never heard of it, but there are SO MANY books out there. Is it for a particular style? (acoustic, electric, rock, blues, country?)

What are your long term goals on the guitar? I have many great books and exercises I've used.

I went through the book a couple times a couple years ago. It has some good stuff about reducing tension while playing. It also has a lot of stuff that wasn't applicable for me at the time.

It is different from most guitar books and worth a peek especially if one can find it at a discount.
"It takes a lot of devotion and work, or maybe I should say play, because if you love it, that's what it amounts to. I haven't found any shortcuts, and I've been looking for a long time."
