Lessons are not to be taken or viewed once and then considered done. When they are reviewed new things click you missed the first time or simply didn’t understand. So I say move on from the scales, but come back to them like lessons and continue to practice. With that said, I also want to say this site offers so much it will be easy to try to advance too fast. Try not to do that,

Think of it like being a carpenter and you just built your first dog house. Just because you can measure a piece of wood and cut it and hammer it together with nails, does not mean you should now try to build a house. There are a lot of little tricks and things to learn before you jump up to building a house. Keep moving forward, but build a good base to draw from before moving forward on your guitar.
