Just started

I just started a little over a week ago. I bought a beginners guitar book and learned a few basics. (Like single notes) and then started looking at youtube videos for some more help. I found this place and here I am! I'm devoting at least 45 minutes per day to learn (during the week.) I went over a little today but had fun learning a couple of chords. They still aren't burned in my memory but it's getting there. I hope this goes good! The piano is next!

Hi, glad you are learning. I played as a kid and am picking it up again. I still have a nice guitar my hubby bought me years ago. I never got very good but have always wanted to. Looking forward to learning, too.
