Floyd Rose setup and tweaks

I have a no-name guitar weird shaped like a super modded fiddle but not really, that I like. Genuine Floyd Rose and it's a P.I.T.A. to set up.
the locking nut clipped the 9mm string almost immediately after replacing the strings. had to find a 10 to replace it. (ya that sucks, but it works)
had to remove the nut check for sharp edges and file it. ( now I recall why I used 10's before) so, the bridge doesn't seem to want to keep the guitar in tune. I haven't touched the trussrod.
the fine tuning screws on 2 of the strings are almost all the way in. if I adjust the plate a tweak higher the strings are too far off the Fboard.
the pup retainer rings are "wedge" shape and it doesn't allow the strings to come down any lower w/o it touching. I forgot to replace those when I replaced the strings last week, (idiot) ya, this guitar sounds like it's crap and it very well might be, but it's got some Game. it's a HSH and it's got power !
great sound w/a - 5 P switch. I don't use the W/bar much because it goes out of tune again after a few times. some people LOVE the F/R
me?.... well... it's a PITA !
I need a "tweakmeister" to help me kept it in tune. anyone ?? anyone at all ?

Spend the money to have a set up done. Floyd set ups are not for the faint of heart. Key is that it is a floating system and the spring tension (the springs under the bodey/accessed from the back) have to match the string tension. This means that a string gauge change can mess up tuning. Good that you filed the nut. Perhaps get a very light gauge of emery cloth to buff out roughness and maybe put a .09 back on and see i that helps. If not, get a set up.
