H. Hampton located near Knoxville, TN. Originally I asked a question of Guitar Tricks. The lady could or would not answer a question about the
"Blues Learning System". She directed me to this forum. And my question was what guitar tuning the "Blues Learning System" uses for their course content. Before I buy this lesson system it would seem that someone in the know could answer the question of what guitar tuning the lessons utilize.

Info appreciated, thanks H. Hampton.

I don't know who you requested your info from, but it doesn't show to be on Guitar Tricks forum.
Most lessons here are most likely to be in standard tuning. I have seen songs that ask you to lower tuning by a half step.. On SONG selection they tell you to change tuning at the start of the lesson.
I hope others here will step in with a more definitive answer.
Good luck on your guitar quest..

All lessons that I have gone through have been in standard tuning. I thoroughly enjoy the course myself. Good luck.

Rock On!

The reason I asked is that a lot of Blues methods seem to use the Open D
tuning. But the standard tuning seems to reign as kiing. It seems to be very
flexible.

Thanks again I am going to start with the "Blues Learning System".
