I am new to Guitar Tricks but am hooked. I have tried other sites (JamPlay to name one) but never got anywhere. I am 52 and have wanted to learn guitar since I saw the Beatles on the old Ed Sullivan show. I think this site is just what I need. Although I love the Blues. I want to learn Rock, Country, Jazz and of course Blues. I just love all GUITAR music. I also wanted to add Anders Mouridsen (Hope I spelled it correctly) is the BEST teacher I have had so far. I am 55 . I remember watching Ed Sullivan on Sunday nights. Remember Marlon Perkins Wild Kingdom..Never to old to start.. Although I wish I would have stayed with this when I was younger. They have some excellent stuff on Guitar Tricks. I especially like the Music Theory which is what I am doing right now. I want to learn theory so I can get in to country .
