What does everyone think anout this?

Personally I think it's a great thing for both the band and the festival.

Lot of people where I work think otherwise and say it's a bit of a sellout thing.

What do you guys think?

I think the concept of musicians 'selling out' has always been silly at best. As for Metallica at Glastonbury -- how can it not be right? Two or so hours from the birthplace of metal...

Maybe Dolly Parton will join them for one of their songs...or vice versa. :D

I agree.

They've taken a lot of flack for it though that's for sure. My wife is from the US and finds it funny that over here they are no where near as popular.

It's a bold move by the organisers. 0ne that I'm happy with.
