Ok so after many years I have decided to learn guitar. I am 50 years old and crazy for doing this lol. I know my age will be somewhat of a factor but going to take it slow and just see what happens.

Welcome Walter! Fellow Floridian here. Youth certainly has it's advantages but if your determined and push thru the steep early learning curve you can absolutely do it. (( you'll find a LOT of silver-hairs in this bunch )) Especially with the instructors you'll find here. Good luck brother- don't be shy to keep us updated on your progress.

Hi Walter from Fl--I am Mizpoet and just started two months ago or so, and am baby beginner. I am sixty-eight years old and having a great time here. I actually am beginning to vaguely sound like my instructors. LOL
