. I am jim from NJ. I have four guitars. I have an acoustic and three electric. guitars how do I know if I should use an acoustic or an electric for each song?

Hey Jim, You can use either, but it will affect the sound you get. Neither would be "wrong." If the song uses distortion or other effects (echo, chorus, etc) you should use the electric, but even here you don't have to.
