Someones gotta say this, n me being childish (sometimes) might as well. Lots of masterbation has done my wrists the world of good. It has actually strengthened my wrists. Also made me ambiextrous coz I wanted both wrists strong, so I masterbate with both left and right hands.

I would raise my hand, but it's a little busy...

Playing guitar of course.

You're likely to get better at the guitar faster if you spend more time playing with that than with yourself, but that's just me....

Bard, I do actually play guitar for about 2 hours every day. So I do still get a lotta guitar practice. But what can I say about my habit, my girlfriend lives a long way away.
