How to search for older posts

I posted a while back and I tried looking to see where my post was because it had a reply with information I needed. Well I can't find it anymore. Are posts deleted after a while? It was only from early Feb of this year

Posts are never deleted (except spam of course). If you click your name, you'll be taken to a page with an option to "see all posts by Nickferra" that should take you right to the post you are looking for.
