I am taking part of the Hans Zimmer composer contest " Bleeding Fingers " - Please support me by listening to my track and to give comments or likes on soundcloud : http://soundcloud.com/music-pictures/heavens-destiny

I can tell you that the guitar which comes in the 2nd part is played with high gain setting, a lot of fractal effects and with a bottleneck. :)

Thanks for your help in Forward

So did you play all the instrumentation as well as the guitar? Was everything else composed on a keyboard?

I thought the track sounded great. The guitar is really understated in a very good way... really complements not just the other instruments but the feel of the entire piece. Gives it that lift right where you want it. Very nice!

Your track "Fire" is very good also!

Yes I played all the other instruments as well - on a midi keyboard. That was quiet a challenge since I never did an orchestral composition before - Hans Zimmer offered his original tracks to work with but I created my own versions and rearranged the whole song a bit.

BTW here is the website of the contest http://www.hanszimmerwantsyou.com/

Good orchestration skills and the guitar adds to the composition well. Good work!
