The wild thing tab is actually correct. If you listen to what is being played after he shows the basic rhythm of the right hand, you'll notice that the tab is correct. But keep in mind that the feel has a bit of a swing to it and the rhythm figures you're talking about are 16th notes so they go by very very fast. Also, when it comes to this type of song it's really all about nailing the feel of the strumming. So try to pay extra attention to how it feels when he plays the song and try to get those little 16th note embellishments in there. Make sense?
