Hello Everyone,
I'm a mom of 2 from Alabama. I'm excited to join guitar tricks and I'm looking forward to getting better at playing guitar. I've been playing around with guitar for several years but I'm looking for more than I've been getting from my private lessons. Even after years of taking private lessons, I am not good at guitar. I just can't seem to put it all together. But I love playing. So maybe GT will be the motivator and the tools for me to take it to the next level. I'll be lurking around the forums and maybe I can make a contribution here and there.

Yours sounds like an interesting case. I can't wait to see what the breakthrough will be when you put it all together.

Please keep us informed :)

Hi LJ

Welcome to Guitar Tricks, and combining these lessons with your own private lessons really gives you the tools to find that breakthrough.

I am a big advocate for anyone using the site to also work with someone one on one as well. You take all the goodies from Guitar Tricks, make sense of them, and then work with an instructor to put it all together and fine tune any mistakes along the way.

So glad you are loving guitar, and using the site to help you along the way. Enjoy! :D
