Beginning once again.

I am a 58 year old with a 17 year old heart.Played at the guitar for many years without any real direction nor instruction.
My lovely wife for Christmas gave my 17 year old heart,any rocker's dream machine..A 2013 Gibson Les Paul Standard pushing through a Vox VTX 150.
Thanks to the folks at Sweetwater I found Guitartricks,it has been a real boon to getting my feet wet again.
Daily,I look forward to getting behind the ax,knocking back an hour or more of instruction...
I look at becoming a well rounded,competent,player of rock,blues jazz...Thanks GT,looking forward to a wonderful relationship.

Welcome, glad to hear you are jumping back into it.

I'm 52! Started playing again! But i have an 18 year old heart! I want to be legal haha! Broke both wrists in an accident and didn't pick up my strat for 20 years now playing and relearning everything!

Now thats a lovely christmas present, may be I can put a request in for next year :)
