Hi,

Every so often I keep getting kicked out of the site getting this message "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.guitartricks.com".
When this happens I wont be able to get back on the site for another 1-2 hours.

It is not my internet as all other sites work fine, I also get the same message even with different web browsers, is this happening to anybody else?

could it be due to high traffic/peak hours?

Our server has plenty of capacity and bandwidth, it isn't "too busy" at certain times. It sounds like there is some internet connection problem between you and us. Usually this sort of hiccup goes away in a few days. It can be really frustrating. When I have worked on these cases in the past I have never successfully gotten an ISP to fix it for me. It always just disappears as mysteriously as it started.

This happened a lot after Hurricane Sandy, you could see it all over the internet as certain people couldn't get to certain sites. But it is always happening to somebody somewhere, hurricane or no.

If you want, you can email GT support here:

They will help you run diagnostics, but in the end a few day generally fixes it.

Sorry the answer isn't more helpful.
