Just reviewed the thread for the first time this morning, and my own thoughts were in line with Terranaut's. The current "Songs" structure gives me the opportunity to learn the guitar parts to songs I love and wish I could play.

I would only add this. Most of the Guitar Tricks Instructors, Andres in particular, stress making the lick or the song your own. While commuting to work, I hear groups like Tom Perry, Aerosmith, Van Halen, etc. doing "covers" of great classic songs. I don't need to look at the screen to identify either the song or the group. Aerosmith's cover of "Come Together" is a perfect example.

My version of "Let It Be" will never sound like Caren Armstrong or Anders Mouridsen, let alone The Beatles; however my own guitar playing is enriched because I learned to play it on Guitar Tricks. And my voice is terrible, anyway :)
