Not happy with my current acoustic. Thinking about a thin profile acoustic electric. Any suggestions?

I have a Guild Songbird (late 80s) acoustic electric. I plays well (like an electric) but the sound is pretty thin. I wrote my best song on it though so I can never get rid of it now. :)

The thin acoustics do lack in depth of sound but are more comfortable.

My current acoustic (a Fender) is quite thick and can be a little bulky but the sacrifice for the tone is worth it. I'm 6' tall so I can handle the depth of the body. It depends on you and your 'ergonomics' and what sacrifice you need to enjoy playing.

I quite fancy a Rockabilly-style guitar. There are plenty of reasonably priced ones in my local guitar shops, Gretsch included. I have a Samick semi-acoustic, which is easy to play, and has Seymour Duncan pickups and Grover machines, which surprised me, for the price.
Samick Greg Bennett Royale, Epiphone SG, Tanglewood LP HV58 and Strat copy, Hondo II Professional, Hofner Shorty.
Peavey Vypyr 30 Modeling amp.
