Excuse me for venting, but this is a paid teaching website and I for one expect more.
I understand your point. But, in my opinion, these lessons are about giving you the tools to play. There are a million songs that you could listen to and come up with your own versions/listen and figure out with the tools you possess. There are many "strum type" songs on this website where you could take the chords and fingerpick the songs with the techniques you have learned. That's what most great finger pickers did. They learned techniques and adapted their skills and came up with their own arrangements of songs. JMTC
