I have been playing for years off and on. My skills never really progressed much because I go for awhile then put the guitar down for a few years. I really wanna stick with it this time. I am 58 yoa. I started playing when I was in my thirties on an acoustic, but I am still at the beginner level. I want to learn to play electric lead because I like all kinds of music and I love the creativity of lead guitar. I am planning on buying a new Fender in the near future. I still have an acoustic which I have just recently picked up again after about a year hiatus. Sigh. Well, nice meeting you and I hope you keep at it and realize your goal.
