Slow down software

Does anybody know of a software program that can slow down Youtube video and audio for practicing purposes?

I use My Speed (http://www.enounce.com/) and works quite well with reduction up to 70% of the original speed. Further reductions do not work quite well, in my opinion. It is for me an unvaluable help to learn quick passage of the lessons here at GT.
