Something's that just occured to me...are there actually any women here?....I know there were a couple ages ago, but they've seemed to have disappeared...I'm just curious...
Heheh - "Women?...nope, we've not had 'em here since 1634..." (Tickled my imagination, sorry!)
Don't worry too much about me, ignore me long enough and I'll go away.

Well the only thing I'm missing out of the above is the Vintage Gibson, but I'm working on that one. There may be very few female musicians on this site but we are here.... I think lol. Maybe I AM the only one hehehe.

Why thank ya Yukon! I sure do pretend ;) LOL.
But really, I would like to see some more female musicians in here, since I've become a member and read through the forums a bit I think I've seen only one.

it would seem, there's more than one.
To improve technique and of course trying to keep all as clean as possible. I know my own limits and speed limits and so on I never play anything I'm not capable of. That wouldn't make any sense. After three years of playing I tried to play everything as fast as possible and that sounded, I would say, like shit, and I didn't realize that if I'd play bit slower things than I was capable of playing then everything would sound much better.

I'm just curious:
why the heterosexuality requirement?
I mean,I'm not gay or anything, but I kinda feel that I wouldn't care about my bandmates' sexual orientation.

Yeah I'm kinda curious about that too, what does sexual orientation have to do with it?

Just wondering

I could be wrong and I apologise if that the case, but I suspect there's a little bit of a "nudge-nudge, wink-wink" scenario here...
I don't think the guitar's the only thing he wants to be playing here......(ahem)....

That could be it.
I could say something that might end up turning this thread into some sexist thingy, and considering there's so few women around here,I don't want to offend the ones who are here.
But hey,it's OK to want to have someone who's more than just a bandmate;do you know how many people met their spouses through a guitar "excuse"?(the quotes are mine). You know, playing together, being taught to play(I wonder what ends up being taught),stuff like that.
Next time you set your eyes upon your bandmates, think about this:
Like the truth in the X-files,your future is out there.
Well,could be out there.

I guess that thing from school just stays with people even after school.
We don't learn to "do stuff","hang out",etc with members of the opposite sex.
Then when we finally get to have an interest in (girls, for me)it's not for these reasons. It's primarily (most usually)for sex,and don't start calling me a sexist,I'm not.We may pretend to be wanting to be friends, hang out, what have you,but you know what the uktimate is.
*And with tongue in cheek,David says:I'm not talking about you,Aiwass*
:D
I'm not.
*Giggle*
I swear.
*Hihihi*
