I've never used vista, but this works for both XP and Windows 7, so it should also work for Vista:
Right-click on your desktop
Select "New", then "Shortcut"
When it asks what you want to create a shortcut for, type in "http://www.guitartricks.com/" and hit Next.
Name it whatever you feel like.
Then select Okay or Finish, and you should have your shortcut.
