I like to use my tablet so I'm not chained to the PC, but some lessons require flash player. Flash is not available on Android or apple tablets. Why not drop flash? I can't be bothered to even look at what I'm missing.

Hi ,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with videos on our site, and will be happy to help.

Are you encountering this issue site-wide, or just on certain videos? If it just occurs on specific videos, please send reply with a sample URL that has the problem video? If you are having trouble with all videos, please try these simple tests and tell me the results? These tests will help us figure out where the problem is and how to fix it:

*[1]* At the lower left corner of the video screen is a button for new player or old player. Most people have best success with the new player, but some systems seem to prefer the old player. See if changing the function helps the situation.

*[2]* Try using a different browser on your tablet. Does that help or do you have trouble with videos on that browser as well?

If you still have problems after all these steps, give us as much information about your type of tablet, operating system, and any other details to help us assist you further.

Best regards,
James

I have loaded a different video player on my Kindle but it still doesn't work. With the videos with the Kindle it gets partway through them and then just stops. Really frustrating. Discussion about it here:

I don't know which Android tablet you are asking about but don't be optimistic if it's the Kindle. Sorry to be bearer of bad news.

First thing to try with Kindle and other tablets is to make sure the option for "Request desktop site" is not enabled. If you request the desktop version of our site then the server may not provide the appropriate version for your device.
