I had been playing for 30 years and thought the same as you. As I was going through some of the lessons in the blues 2 path, I found myself getting further and further over my head.

So, I decided to go way back to the beginning. Yes, some of the beginning lessons were boring, but I learned a few things and it was very worthwhile. I also found my appropriate starting point toward the end of Blues 1.

Everybody is different, but I would suggest going through from the very beginning. It's likely that you will literally just breeze through it all, but you may pick up a thing or two along the way.
