I signed up for a paid yearly access. Why did I not get a free guitar as advertised on this site?

Hi Bob. We only do the promo at certain times of the year - and the guitars are first come, first served - so it usually only lasts a week or two before we run out.
If you were to get another year of Full Access right now (which would be tacked on to the end of your current subscription), you'd get a free guitar.
