I like to use the wah wah peddle to change tone....the sorta thing i'm talking about Page did it on the Whole Lotta love solo.....you dont always have to keep moving it...sometimes its good to set it to a position and leave it there for a while Another good song for that is Rush's live version of By-Tor and the snow dog....i think its on disk 3 of Different Stages, there are some good effects there. Also try 'Dirty Women' by Black Sabath.....one of my persnal favourite wah-solo's (actually there's 2 solos, i'm on about the second one) And of course Hendrix.....get the woodstock stuff.

One piece of advice I'd give to anyone starting this stuff.....dont overuse it, otherwise it loses its effect and your audience grow tired of it.
