Generally for an all around axe you should always avoid super high output and ceramic magnet pickups. Anything in the AlNiCo family of magnets would be a well balanced pickup. The idea would be to give you something in the middle of the output range that you could supplement gain with either amp or pedals... take that into account and you should be in good shape to end up with a nice axe.

Not familiar with the specific pickups but make sure you know whether your guitar is wired with 4 wire humbuckers or 2 wire humbuckers before you buy the wrong ones...
