New member here. I signed up for lessons. I just bought a used Seagull Performer cutaway acoustic/electric. Solid cedar top with cherry back and sides. I love it! Can't quite play it yet, but my friend who's pretty accomplished auditioned it for me and said it played fast and had nice action. Sorry, no pics to post yet, but I will soon. Just wanted to check in. Look forward to making progress.

Hey Brian, welcome and congrats on your new guitar!

Keep us posted as you start making music with it, ok?

Thanks Lisa. Watched your video the other day on "amazing grace". Because of that I have really been practicing C, D, and G. I can't wait until I can sound like I have a clue what I'm doing. (Fake it til you make it!)

Hi Brian, glad to have you here! "Fake it til you make it" is the name of the game, even with just 3 chords down you'll be able to play a lot of songs.
