Yeah, receiving stolen goods is a crime, even without knowledge, if you have any cause for suspicion. I think I'd turn it in, because I wouldn't be able to play the guitar if I knew someone was dying for it back. And anyway, what about when I become famous? Someone's going to see the guitar and go "hey, that's mine" :D
